1. Definition of terms and conditions

These terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define all aspects of business agreements between Bionlov GmbH (further BIONLOV) and customers (further CUSTOMER). This GTC are an integral part of all agreements between BIONLOV and CUSTOMER.

2. General

All content of this internet page represents the property of BIONLOV and companies related to her. The entire content is protected by Swiss and international copyright regulations.

3. Online Store

The purchase transaction is regarded as completed after filling in the order form correctly, acceptance of the GTC and posting the data. All received orders will be confirmed via e-mail.

4. Products and prices

Our products match all currently relevant regulations and standards. All prices are incl. relevant VAT. BIONLOV has the right to alter the prices without any announcement. Prices stated in order confirmations are binding. Errors and technical changes shall allow changes.

5. Delivery, shipping costs

BIONLOV delivers the goods offered in her online store to the customers in countries listed on the first page. Details concerning deliveries are mentioned on the subpage "Delivery".

6. Payment, property of goods

The goods remain property of BIONLOV until full payment has been received. Details concerning payment are mentioned on the subpage "Payment".

7. Guarantee

Details concerning guarantee are mentioned on the subpage "Guarantee".

8. Reclamations

Return shipments do require an RMA-Number. Reclamations has to be made in writing within 5 days from purchase date. Faults discovered within the guarantee period has to be reported immediately. It is necessary to prove the purchase. Fuels are no subject of reclamation process and can not be returned. Shipping costs has to be covered by CUSTOMER

9. Personal data protection

Customer data will be collected and processed in accordance with Swiss regulations. Customer data will be used only within BIONLOV and will not be passed further.

10. Law

This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland only.
